Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of developers, ensuring high-quality software development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features for the platform.
- Oversee code reviews, ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed.
- Troubleshoot and debug complex issues to ensure application performance and security.
- Develop and maintain robust back-end services, integrating with front-end and mobile application components.
- Take a leadership role in planning, prioritizing, and delivering on-time results in an agile environment.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering skill development and technical growth.
- Stay updated with new trends in development practices, tools, and frameworks.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Proficient in .NET Core (C#), Java, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, SQL, and OOP concepts.
- Strong understanding of database management and design principles.
- Experience with frameworks such as React.js, ASP.NET, and Bootstrap.
- Demonstrated expertise in Git/GitHub and version control.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
